Convict Heath "Royal Saxon." 1st Class Turnkey Morrison to be Head Turnkey from the 21st August last vice Phillamore, dismissed... Salary $420 per annum as reported in my Despatch No.142 of 14th February 1863, and sanctioned in Your Grace's of the 23rd May last.

Lum Ashing, until lately Police and Shipping Rate Shroff, to be 2nd Shroff in the Treasurer's Department from the 12th Instant, on a salary of $240 per annum, as already announced in Paragraph 4 of my Despatch No.124 of 10th July last.

J.B. Wade to be signalman at Victoria Peak from the 12th Proximo, vice McClellan who has resigned the Post... Salary $600 per annum as provided in the Estimates.
